About Us

We help churches see what their property could become.

Kingdom Real Estate Partners is a strategic real estate advisory and development firm serving churches and mission-driven institutions across the United States.

Modern town square with cars, people, a chapel, trees, outdoor seating, and multi-story buildings under blue sky.

The problem we exist to solve.

Most churches own significant property, and have no strategic roadmap for it. Across the United States, churches steward billions of dollars in real estate, much of it sitting underutilized or misaligned with long-term mission. It's not for lack of care. It's for lack of access to the kind of expertise that could change that. That's the gap Kingdom Real Estate Partners was built to close.

Access

We begin by understanding your property, your mission, and your institutional goals. No assumptions, no generic advice, just a clear-eyed look at what you have and what it could do.

— 02

Advice

We develop a structured real estate strategy aligned with your long-term financial health and ministry sustainability. You leave with a framework, not just a conversation.

— 03

Partner

Where appropriate, we walk alongside you through development planning, transactions, and ongoing stewardship decisions, as a long-term institutional partner, not a one-time consultant.

Aaron Coe, PhD

Founder & CEO

Dr. Aaron Coe is a nonprofit strategist, executive leader, and urban theology scholar with more than two decades of experience in mission-driven organizational leadership.

His career has spanned national nonprofit strategy, urban revitalization initiatives, philanthropic capital structuring, and advisory roles with major institutions across the country. That breadth of experience shapes how Kingdom Real Estate Partners approaches every client engagement — not as a transactional real estate deal, but as a long-term institutional decision with generational implications.

His PhD in Applied Theology focused specifically on urban density and its implications for mission advancement — research that sits at the direct intersection of where churches are located, how cities are changing around them, and what that means for the long-term viability of faith institutions.

Kingdom Real Estate Partners is the integration of that research, his nonprofit leadership experience, and institutional real estate development partnerships — built into a disciplined national platform designed to serve churches and mission-driven institutions for the long term.
